  • To generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • To generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Assetly, an Assetly employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Assetly or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

3. AI Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate content ("Generated Content") based on your inputs.

  • Accuracy and Appropriateness: AI models can make mistakes and generate inaccurate or offensive content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any Generated Content before use. Assetly does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of Generated Content.
  • Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you generally own the rights to the specific Generated Content you create using the Service for your inputs. However, the underlying AI models and technology remain the property of Assetly and its licensors. Note that AI-generated content may not be unique and similar outputs might be generated for other users.
  • Use Restrictions: Your use of Generated Content must comply with these Terms and any applicable laws or third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe on copyright or other intellectual property laws.

4. Subscription, Credits, and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment, either through a subscription plan or the purchase of generation credits.

  • Billing: You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service for the plan or credits you select. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Google Pay).
  • Credits: Generation credits allow you to use specific AI features. Credits may expire or be consumed based on usage, as detailed in your plan or at the time of purchase. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Subscriptions: Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or the payment provider's portal.
  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Generated Content created by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Assetly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the [Your Country] and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Assetly.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Assetly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including Generated Content; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Assetly its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service (including Generated Content) will meet your requirements.

9. Governing Law

10. Changes
